Rizki Amaliah was born in Palembang on February 22, 1999, part of Constitutional Law Department. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University (2016-2020) and then continued her Master’s degree at the same faculty (2020-2023). Before becoming a lecturer, she worked at Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan in sub bagian Keputusan dan Pembinaan Hukum Kabupaten/Kota, sub bagian Peraturan Daerah (2021-2024).
