She completed his doctoral (Dr) studies at Doctoral Programme of Universitas Brawijaya with a research focused on Administrative Law, and Local Government Law. Attained her LL.B (S.H) at Faculty of Law of Universitas Bengkulu, and obtained her Master of Laws (M.Hum) from Postgraduated Programme of Universitas Sriwijaya.
