Taroman Pasyah, S.H.I., M.H, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, South Sumatra Indonesia. In 2004, after completing his Islamic education, the author continued his undergraduate education at the Sharia Faculty of Raden Fatah State Islamic University (UIN) Palembang, which at that time was still the Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN), and finished in 2008. Furthermore, from 2010 to 2012 the author completed his master’s degree at the Postgraduate Program at the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Palembang. During his busy teaching hours, he often filled sermons and recitations at mosques around the city of Palembang.
